Contacted surgery via website, received call from doctor and had a face to face appointment within hour and half. Thank you

I was worried about something. The doctor called me back straight away and I got an appointment that day. Quick check and my concerns were removed. I felt cared for and that is how all doctors should run!

I was seen quickly, Dr persisted in trying to contact me despite my giving wrong telephone number, Dr was friendly, understanding, attentive and realistic, great experience overall.
